Pest control service in Beverly, MA

I cannot recommend Dan and Lighthouse Exterminators highly enough. We were dealing with a terrible rat infestation in our home in JP, and after hiring another company that charged us a fortune and accomplished virtually nothing, we were frustrated and desperate for a solution. Dan was a breath of fresh air. He came out almost immediately and, rather than simply setting traps and hoping for the best, took the time to understand the problem and figure out how the rats were getting into our house. He suggested that we request a free sewer smoke test from the city—something the first company had never even mentioned—which ultimately pinpointed the source of the infestation. Dan then returned, sealed the opening, and exterminated the remaining rats. Throughout the process, Dan was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in solving their problems. His pricing was also extremely reasonable. I am incredibly grateful for his help and would recommend Lighthouse Exterminators without hesitation to anyone dealing with a pest problem.

We're so grateful our friends recommended Lighthouse Exterminators for our seasonal spray treatments. Dan is incredibly thorough and has made a noticeable difference in reducing the number of mosquitoes on our property. He's also been treating our yard for ticks, which has given us even more peace of mind when spending time outside with the kids and our dog. Dan is a pleasure to work with- professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. We truly appreciate his excellent service and highly recommend Lighthouse Exterminators to anyone looking for effective, dependable pest control.

After calling 8 other pest control services I found Lighthouse. They were the only ones who could get the job done (removing a hornets nest) on the same day. They were very efficient and responsive and also had the most reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We use them for our 75,000 sq.ft. complex building. Effective service. Clear communication. To the point. Punctual. Transparent prices communicated upfront. Convenient billing process. No surprises. Positive attitude. No nonsense. Highly recommended.
