We were dealing with a terrible rat infestation in our home in JP, and after hiring another company that charged us a fortune and accomplished virtually nothing, we were frustrated and desperate for a solution. Dan was a breath of fresh air. He came out almost immediately and, rather than simply setting traps and hoping for the best, took the time to understand the problem and figure out how the rats were getting into our house. He suggested that we request a free sewer smoke test from the city—something the first company had never even mentioned—which ultimately pinpointed the source of the infestation. Dan then returned, sealed the opening, and exterminated the remaining rats. Throughout the process, Dan was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in solving their problems. His pricing was also extremely reasonable. I am incredibly grateful for his help and would recommend Lighthouse Exterminators without hesitation to anyone dealing with a pest problem.
